Thursday 8th August 9.30-2pm at Frisby Lakes Cafe, Hoby Rd, LE14 2NS Yoga Flow and dance, mindful activities, exploring calming and relaxing techniques for mental and physical wellbeing all in tranquil lakeside setting. Optional SUP and Kayak safari and raft building afternoon. ( Additional cost of £20)
