Service Description

A holistic retreat morning, Helen will lead you through a heart opening vinyasa flow yoga to boost the immune system and energise the body for the new year ahead. Followed by a nourishing vegetarian brunch to support gut health expertly put together by the renowned local Chef Chris Ansell of Hambleton Hall! In the second half of the morning, Emma will take you through calming breathing techniques and a soulful deep meditation and relaxing yoga Nidra. We will welcome you with a green juice to kick start the session and during the morning you will have a chance to socialise with like minded people over a delicious healthy brunch. How lovely! Bring along any blankets, pillows, eye masks, yoga mat, bolster. Anything that will enhance your comfort and relaxation experience.
