Live Virtual Classes!
Helen has been running Live Virtual Classes throughout the Covid 19 Pandemic and the response has been fantastic!
The classes are designed to suit everybody with a chance to sweat and flow at pace with a dynamic class on a Monday, and a slower paced restore and relax class on a Thursday.
There is also a 30 min lunchtime yoga class on a Wednesday to ease you away from your desk and a Morning Yoga Class on Tuesdays 9.30am.
Pregnancy Yoga on Tuesday evenings too!
All class attendees receive a link to download a recording of the class to use at their leisure!
All of these classes will be running until 17th May when in person classes can return.

Schools, Corporate and Sports Club Yoga
Helen is experienced in providing classes for breakfast & after school clubs as well as corporate and professional sports teams. Helen taught the Oxford United football team on a weekly basis during their promotion from league 2 in 2015-16
Yoga is hugely beneficial during and after pregnancy, promoting calmness and giving baby more space to grow, allowing a new mum to recover quicker after labour.
