Astanga Yoga Classes In Leicestershire For All Abilities
Helen at HD Yoga currently provides six weekly adult yoga classes for all abilities in Melton Mowbray and surrounding villages.
Astanga yoga is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence.
Helen plans to expand on the number and variety of classes throughout 2019, and we've recently hosted our summer yoga retreat over the August bank holiday weekend. Private classes can also be booked for one or more people. Please feel free to contact Helen if you have any queries.
Yoga is hugely beneficial during and after pregnancy, promoting calmness and giving baby more space to grow, allowing a new mum to recover quicker after labour. Helen runs a weekly class on Tuesdays between 6.15-7.15PM at Thorpe Arnold Village Hall, Melton Mowbray.
