
After fulfilling all my ambitions as a professional dancer, performing internationally and on the west end stage, I decided to pursue another dream of becoming a Yoga teacher. Yoga has helped my so much in my life and career I wanted to share what I had learned.
In 2013 I travelled to India to complete a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher training course in the Himalayas. Once qualified I taught a variety of classes at studios across London; including beginner & advanced yoga, private classes, pregnancy yoga, mum & baby yoga and classes designed specifically for dancers.

I'm now settled in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir and run weekly group, private and online classes, building up a loyal following. The classes are busy and full of energy with regulars making amazing progress in their practice.

I'm a busy mum of two children born 18 months apart and I really believe pregnancy yoga contributed to relatively problem free pregnancies and natural labours.
I practised and taught right up until the due dates in both pregnancies and now Sienna and Bobby enjoy practising along at home.


I aim to create a fun, hard working atmosphere during my classes and am passionate about giving people the confidence to feel strong in their body and mind.
All abilities are welcome as I can modify poses to suit all body types and yoga experience.
