Retreat Schedule

The below is a typical example of what to expect at one of HD Yoga's retreats.  With four retreats spread throughout the year we will adapt the schedule accordingly. 

 

Rest assured no matter if its freezing in January or red hot in August, there will be plenty of  energising yoga, delicious food, great company and enough spare time to relax and ensure you end the week fully rejuvenated and ready to go again!

Friday

16:00 - Arrival

             Welcome drink and chat

17:30 - Candlelit Yoga Class

19:30 - Evening Vegan Meal

21:00 - Relaxation/Meditation

Saturday

08:00 - Detox Juice/Smoothie

08:30 - Astanga Yoga Class

10:15 - Brunch 

 

12:00 - Walk around the                       grounds and beautiful surrounding   countryside; Outdoor Pranyama Practice

 

Snack-Herbal Teas, raw vegan flajack

14:00 - Energising Inversions and Back-bends workshop

17:30 - Vegan Meal

20:00 - Relaxation/Meditation

08:00 - Detox Juice/Smoothie

08:30 - Astanga Yoga Class

10:15 - Brunch 

12:00 - 16:00 - Treatments & free time
